Gender discrimination is hard to identify, but still happens on a daily basis and has significant implications for society and individuals alike. Together with organizations and companies like DNB, NHO and Statkraft, Face2face participated in the non-discrimination campaign #itshertreat. The aim is to illuminate the theme “unconsciously discrimination in our work life”.
